We packed all of stuff up from our small house in Southfield, Mi into a storage/moving POD and headed south. The job was working for a company that I had been contracting with and I felt comfortable that it was a good career choice. In the end, it wasn’t what I expected… but it didn’t matter because I was laid off after 6 months.
